McCrae Rostin

I first met Paige and Mike last year when I did their family portraits. I just adored their son, Saunders. He was precious! When Paige contacted me to let me know they were expecting, I was thrilled for their sweet family :) Baby girl McCrae arrived one week early, so we actually ended up doing the session on Paige's due date! I had so much fun spending time with the Rostin Family at their gorgeous new home. Saunders and I are big buds now, we had some quality time drawing while McCrae took a break. Saunders challenged me to draw a zebra, giraffe and a peacock! Wowsers! Congrats Rostin Family on your new addition!!! Much love to you all :)

Miller / McLeod Family

The Blog has been filled with Weddings and Engagements lately, so I thought I would catch up on some family sessions I have had over the last few months. This is the Miller Extended Family :) I LOVE extended family sessions. It is not an easy task to find a time when everyone in your ENTIRE family can get together. When it happens, you must act on it!! We were so fortunate to have a date that also included beautiful weather :) This field of sunflowers right on the family property was the perfect backdrop, along with the tractor! You would never know it, but it was about 150 degrees (not really) this evening and everyone had about twenty bottles of water. They were troopers to say the least. Extended family sessions usually take a little bit longer, but we were very efficient, ha! You can tell this family loves each other very much. Thanks a million for the honor of photographing this special time for you all. Here are some of my favorites.
