Lauren & JD Hopkins ~ A Sleepy Hollow Wedding

Lauren and JD were married on the green at Sleepy Hollow in Clemson. The Reception followed inside the gorgeous barn. And, this was a true orange and purple wedding! The details were so carefully made all by Lauren :) It was so much fun to walk around and see something at every corner of the barn and property that was an extra touch made by Lauren. The seating comprised of hay bales and wood planks to give it more of an outdoor bench feel in the ceremony, what a great idea!! Fabric of orange and purple was strung thru the barn from the lights and rafters. The neatest thing was a quilt made by a close friend for all the guests to sign. To top it all off, Lauren made her OWN cake!! Yes, it was beautiful AND delicious. JD and Lauren, I am so happy to have met you and honored to have been asked to photograph your wedding day. I wish you all the best for a long, wonderful life together.

Thank you to Laura, for your assistance, creativity, and hard work. It is much appreciated!

Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day :)

Apple Butter for the guests :) YUM!!

LOVED this sign! A very polite way to ask your guests to not stick their phones or cameras
out into the aisle during the ceremony.

This was on the kids table, along with handmade coloring books!

 What a gorgeous setting!!

 Lauren's hair broach was beautiful.

This beautifully handcrafted mirror was a wedding gift.

Love this touching moment that Laura got of the Maid of Honor looking on as Lauren
 had her portraits done.

Laura also caught this cutie pie waiting patiently for her flower girl duties :)

Let's flip a coin. I am not kidding!! He did!!

This crowd was so much fun!

JD gave Lauren an "H" silver necklace at the beginning of the reception. Sweetest thing ever!

And here is the amazing cake Lauren made. Oh. My. Goodness. Crazy delicious :)

I am pretty sure this little guy is thinking about taking off.

Thanks for visiting the blog!
Much love, Angel :)
